This weekend was not what you would call a good one. It all started on Friday when my wordpress upgrade did not quiet go as planned and somehow brought down the site.
Saturday was not much better as I watched Munster crash out of the Heineken cup at the hands of the “prawn cocktail eating chino wearing” Leinster. To add insult to injury it appears that Alan Quinlan may loose his place on the Lions tour as a result of a possible eye gauging incident on Leinsters captain Leo Cullen. Having said all that I wish Leinster the best of luck against Leicester in the final.
Up next was a viewing of Wolverine which could very well be the worst movie I have seen this year. With a disjointed plot, wolverine’s claws that looked like they were drawn on with crayons and the worst interpretation of Deadpool imaginable. The writers are obviously fans of the muck that is Heroes as Deadpool was basically a bald mute Silar.
Sunday was the day that I had planned to fix the mess I had made with my blog. I backed up my database and proceeded with a new install. After what I thought was a successful install when I went to the page, the title read “Hack You”. As you can imagine this struck me as rather strange so I tried to log on to see what was going on behind the scenes. It was at this point that I discovered that I could not log in. I could not even retrieve my user name or password. I had been hacked or at least that is what has appeared to have happened. I deleted the database and continued with a fresh install. I seemed to be back in business so It was time to restore the database with the backup I made earlier and it was at this moment that I realized that my backup had failed. Oh the Joy!
So basically I lost everything, posts comments, themes, plugins etc.
So in case you were wondering that is the reason for the blog refresh.

I couldn't believe what quinlan did. he's been so unlucky in his career with injury and now he's shot hmself at the pinnacle of his career. even though I'm leinster through, I want all the irish players out there and he deserves it.

Yeah its a tough break for Quinlan. I am of the same opinion everyone on that team deserves to be there. Even though I am staunch Munster fan Quinlan is good but is he Lions good? Its says alot about Irish Rugby that we are grand slam,Magners League and Heineken Cup holders. Munster now may hold the Magners league title, I hope Leinster can go on to win the Heineken cup.
